Trendix™ accepts returns only for unused, undamaged, and original condition products with packaging intact.

Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with clear images or video proof.

If you receive the wrong item, Trendix™ will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Report missing items within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds are approved after inspection and verification.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or original payment method.
