Delivery takes 3–5 business days across Pakistan.

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout.

Tracking details are shared via WhatsApp or SMS after dispatch.

Delays may occur due to courier or weather conditions.

Customers must provide correct details. Wrong address issues are not Trendix™ responsibility.

Re-delivery charges may apply if delivery fails due to customer unavailability.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

Approved cancellations may include processing fee deductions.

Exchanges are allowed within 7 days for damaged or wrong items only.

Replacement is provided after verification.

Wrong items will be replaced free of cost.

Exchanges are completed within 3–7 business days.

COD is available across Pakistan.

All payments are processed securely.
